THE INSTRUCTION IS UNUSUALLY DIRECT.

NHTSA’s July 9 consumer alert says Kia recalled 462,869 Tellurides from model years 2020 through 2024 because the front power-seat motor may overheat and create a fire risk. Affected vehicles should be parked outside and away from buildings and other vehicles until repaired.

“The right details turn information into a story worth remembering.”

VERIFY THE VEHICLE. DON’T GUESS.

Model and year do not prove that a specific vehicle is included. Owners should enter the VIN or license plate in NHTSA’s recall lookup and follow the official repair instructions. Kia dealers will perform the remedy without charge.
