FORD FOUND ROOM BELOW THE BRONCO RAPTOR.
The Bronco RTR arrives as a factory desert package for buyers who want more speed and suspension capability than a typical trail build but do not need the size or price of a Bronco Raptor. Ford developed it with RTR Vehicles and desert racers Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Loren Healy. The result is not a cosmetic trim. Every version starts with a wide track HOSS 1.0 suspension, extra ride height, 33 inch tires, rock rails and squared fenders.

THE 2.3 LITER ENGINE IS PART OF THE STRATEGY.
Ford chose the 2.3 liter EcoBoost four cylinder instead of chasing the largest possible engine. The lighter powertrain removes weight from the nose, which can help the Bronco change direction more naturally across loose terrain. A unique calibration adds anti lag so the turbo can stay ready when the driver lifts and returns to the throttle. Ford also fits upgraded cooling, including a 1,000 watt fan derived from the Bronco Raptor program.

THE BASE MODEL ALREADY HAS REAL DESERT HARDWARE.
A starting price just above $50,000 brings beadlock capable 17 inch wheels, 33 inch tires and the wide track suspension as standard equipment. Signature lighting, unique RTR details and an available Hyper Lime appearance package separate it visually from the rest of the Bronco lineup. The important part is that the stance comes from functional hardware rather than spacers and graphics alone.

THE 35 INCH PACKAGE IS THE ONE ENTHUSIASTS WILL STUDY.
The available Sasquatch and RTR Suspension Package adds 35 inch tires, HOSS 3.0 Fox internal bypass dampers and a Ford Racing heavy duty modular front bumper. Ford says a fully equipped Bronco RTR can remain just under $60,000 before destination and delivery. That creates a compelling factory build for someone who would otherwise purchase a less specialized Bronco and begin modifying it immediately.
ORDERS SHOULD OPEN LATER THIS MONTH.
Ford says Bronco RTR orders will begin later in October 2026, although the company has not announced a specific day in the information published so far. That makes the next questions straightforward: final equipment combinations, destination charges and how quickly dealers receive their first allocations. On paper, the Bronco RTR already looks like one of the most interesting new entries in the 2027 Ford lineup.
